yeah that sucks, you'd probably pay almost the same amount as the unit itself for just the face. what idiot took JUST the face? it's of no use without the unit.

I know what you mean. It was just some amateur I'm sure, lot of dumb ass ricers around where I lived when it happened. I think my girl left the door on her side unlocked and they got in during the night and took the face and about 35¢ in change. I looked on Ebay for a long time after it happened thinking that they must have not been able to get the head unit out so they'd try offloading the face there, but no luck. I would have recognized it because there were two small scratches underneath two of the buttons from where I'd taken it apart to fix something. I really miss having music in my car too, another head unit (face and all) from Ebay would cost about $100.

I did't specifically say that the SRT-4 was a sports car. The whole reason I think people are so acostomed to thinking that RWD is the only true "sports" car, is because they don't think FWD can be competitive on the track and course. To me, the SRT-4 a highly tuned and performing FWD car, sporty, one might say.

As far as handling is concerned, the mazdaspeed protoge and the MP3 were among the best handling FWD cars out there (slalom and lateral grip (g's) were comparable to porsche when tested in Car and Driver a while back). The SRT-4 handles very well for a FWD.

Hrmm...with a garage like that, I'd want it with or without a car in it; it's just that nice of a garage.
