This guy won't stop

I don't know what the hell site he's linking to, but I'm sure not clicking on it. The IP is in a network range assigned to some Moscow outfit called Informcenter.
 
It's actually for some sort of RPG game. After I clicked it I realized "Oh crap, I'm on an administrative account!" 🙂

NOD32 didn't pick up anything though.
