They will find out eventually. But, the guy was just arrested.. doesn't mean he's guilty yet. But, if he is found guilty, a brutal ass-raping then death by bitch slapping would suffice.

the info will be leaked. More than likely, the guy will spend most of his time locked down inside the prison.

Believe it or not, you can actually buy newspapers in jail, and most cell blocks do have television sets.
