This guy has been sending me viruses

So everyday I get around 4 emails containing the Netsky virus. They claim to come from different email addresses but they are always from the same IP address, someone in Fresno, CA. I have contacted the user's ISP (SBC) multiple times and gotten no response. Once in a while, I get returned mail from servers that have rejected a message that probably had my address as the sender. Is there anything I can do?

I think its pretty obvious that the guy is not sending the viruses himself, but rather he has a virus which sends out emails everyday. damn lamers.
