Hard? Cut it to 4 pieces, put your thumbs on the two corners, use the 2 middle fingers to push in, and it'll open up most of the seeds.

both our neighbors have a tree in their backyards, you can get it at nay grocery store now thoughbecause you had to go to produce stores. now every drink and tea comes in this flavor it is supposed ot have a lot of antioxidants. i grew up eating the stuff my whole life, big middle eastern thing
