How the fvck can you be arrested for being naked inside a private home? I mean, at least in this case it wasn't her own home, but what happens when a parent walks naked from the shower back to thier bedroom and thier 4 year old sees, do they go to jail and get convicted of sex crimes?

It describes the child feeling up the nanny on previous occasions, but I didn't understand that to be him touching her while she was naked. It says her legs were spread and the child was sitting at the other end of the couch, at her feet.
