Tell Congress we need a bailout. $1 million for every active member here (except the trolls).

It's 9AM EST. Plus a lot of people like to sleep late on Saturday mornings, and some people only actively nef at work.

Thats true, I guess being a Saturday probably makes it fine. Its usually reasonably (read: bearably) active during weekdays. VBulletin seems to be an awesome forum software and the skin is looking really good (just turn off signatures/avatars).

There's alot features like friends, social groups etc - if only we had this a couple of years back - imagine how awesome that would have been! Maybe more people will join/post? The main site seems pretty active these days, esp. with the giveaway competition.

I dont think it as dead at all. In fact, while initially not thrilled about VB, Ive noticed that it seems to have reinvigorated the forum. And if you invested some time and gave some input into some of the interesting topics here and in the various sub forums you would find more activity than you know what to do with. But if you are looking for instant message, three word kind of conversations full of "lol's" those dont show up until school gets out for the day or later in the eve. :whiste:

I've enjoyed the necro posts dredged up by the search feature, and was a bit dismayed at all the lockage.
There were some classics that would have been a real chore to find otherwise.

10.2 % unemployment means less neffers neffing from work

For sure. That and the fact that worker productivity is through the roof. No one wants to be out there looking right now that's for sure. :(

I'd like to see a google analytics report of AT before the change and after. I bet it's way down.

So, when do we switch to FuseTalk again? I hear that it offers a cleaner, more professional look.

I miss FuseTalk. VB has a pretty old school vibe to it though. Some of the first forums I've ever joined a decade ago where VB like Brighthand.com (I was a PDA fanatic).
