This forum is one of the most separated I've ever seen and yet...

I've asked in the past for combining and reduction, that was nixed with a quick smack across the head.

But as one can see, too many decreases the traffic to the point where it renders the subs nearly useless.

For example, I browse CPU & OC and Cases/Cooling but the rest I rarely go in to. If there was some consolidation i'd see more threads and may be able to give advice. As it is now though, I'll not even see them. Simply too much fragmentation, but I understand there is SOME need for separation.

A lot of the comp one could be rejoined
Mobos, Power Supplies, Cases and memory shoudl all be 1 forum

Networking and peripherals should be inside general hardware

there should be 1 "gaming forum"

I could agree with all of them except the last one. Best thing to happen was to have the PC and Console forums split.

yah we need all of the social subforums

the only one we could possibly get rid of would be discussion club but those who go there would probably like it to stay and it does not affect those who never visit

in fact there are probably more posts about cars and fitness just from those subforums existing

and p and n is needed to keep the trash out of offtopic

Yeah, my thoughts too. I thought Perks ran this place. Go ahead and combine the forums. It'd be months before Anand knows and by that time you'd be able to play it off like it's been that way since day 1.
