Ok so everytime I run a program that windows don't think it's safe, it shows this screen up

Is there a way to disable all of windows secure feature and especially that stupid shield icon on the toolbar that pops up every minute telling me I have no firewall? I know I have no firewall, it's because I turned it OFF. I'm not an idiot when it comes to computers but that system message that it pops up everytime I try to execute a program is starting to really piss me off. I don't need Windows telling me what is safe and what is not safe. I'm not an idiot.

1) Wrong forum, this belongs in the O/S forum 🙂
2) If a program is failing and you want to disable DEP to see if that is the cause. Here are the steps. (Just disable DEP for the program in question... don't disable it for your whole system.)

1. Click Start
2. Select Control Panel
3. Select System
4. Click the Advanced tab
5. In the Performance region select Settings
6. Click the Data Execute tab in the dialog box that opens
7. Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except for those I select
8. Click Add.
9. The open dialog box will open. Browse and select your application.
10. Click Open
11. Click Apply
12. Click Ok
13. Reboot

3) How to Disable Security Center Alerts
start > run > services.msc > Security Center... doubleclick... Startup type: "Disabled"
