actually right now is the time to dump AMD and buy Intel.
AMD is pretty much at it's 52 week high and Intel at their 52 week low following downgrades galore.

Maybe now right after Intel plummeted, but definitely not 2 weeks ago as the bloomberg guy said.
And just because it's at a 52 week high, it doesn't mean the stock is going to go down. If the company stays profitable, it'll just keep going up. AMD is still profitable where they are now. And they are just getting more profitable. AMD has been at 52 week highs for a few months now, and they have only grown. You can't say a stock is going to go down just because it's at an all time high. It works for some businesses with repeating patterns of business cycles, but others, it's a lot less predictable.
