I'm fascinated by these types of videos...easily amused, I guess. This would never pass muster here in the states, but it is cool to watch. I had no idea this type of truck existed. You would think it couldn't lift half of a shipping container, but it does. And check out the remote-controlled dolly thing!

lol no kidding. load that container up with 20-40 tons and that arm looks like it will snap like a twig. not to mention the cargo will probably bust out the back as it rolls down the slope the crane creates. oh - and the hour it looks like it takes to hook up

Only in Europe (The EU as it stands today) do they have cool trucks like this; spent 5 years there. Saw lots of great trucks, two-stroke equipment, diesel-powered vehicles, etc. All the good stuff is over there, really. And we think we own innovation. Not really.

But really convenient when you've got a container that you need to get rid of. You only have to call the guy with that truck instead of a flatbed truck and a crane.
