I really don't see how some guys can form the thought to do this.

We know that:
-Male genetalia is very sensative, and any pain to it is never light, but rather very, very, harsh.
-Acting as if something is a replacement for your genetalia neither increases its size, performance or potential. Or your ego, for that matter.
