This Dell E207WFP any good?

My 10 year old Sony F500 CRT finally bit the dust so right now I am just looking for a somewhat affordable replacement monitor for now until I upgrade my rig. For the most part I play the occasional WoW and FPS (Fear, UT2004) and some rts games and office apps. Dell is selling them for $220 with free shipping and was wondering if they are good monitors for the price. I dont really want to spend more than $200 bucks but I can go up to around $250 I guess. If someone can recommend me a better lcd for the price please dont hesitate.
