That's an incredible amount of amazing work. The materials he had to buy cost a lot more than the case and components!!!! That's a guy with a lot of money and time on his hands.

I have my doubts as to whether HL2 will EVER see the light of day. It's been one thing after another. "It's not ready yet.....oops, and the code got stolen...." What next? I'll believe it when I see it. Doom anyone? :D

I disagree. Its a shuttle painted red with a few things sticking out of it on wheels... Talk about useless! (wheels?!?)

Um, not quite.

It has the following:

2 2.8GHz P4 Xeons
Iwill DP400 Motherboard
2 GB PC800 ECC RIMM
Tyan (ATI) 9700 Pro
Adaptec 2200S U320 RAID controller (running at 66MHz in a 64bit slot)
4 36GB Seagate U320 X15 hard drives configured as 0+1

Also, it has over 18 brake hp and is fully driveable as a truck!

Bottom view showing batteries and motors

Cheers!

Never touched HL, but I love the mod.

I see plenty of threads around here about cases and keyboards and mice. I think GH is appropriate, but I'm not a mod so PM them and let them choose. ;)

Yeah, the mouse is probably worse. But the keyboard looks like it has a lot of sharp corners near handrests.

functionality > beauty

beauty is still important, but this case seems a bit skewed. I'd have to have to ever upgrade or diagnose the hardware in that thing.

I just don't get it.
I would be imbarrassed to have that in my house.
That's the ugliest pos I've ever seen.
