This cheap for a used mustang?

There is an '83 Mustang GT for sale I saw yesterday. Automatic, _excellent_ body (not a bit of rust), nice wheels, pretty new tires. It was only $2k and it said "runs exel" on it. Now, I don't know what "exel" means, but given the fact that the body was impecable I am under the impression that if it even drives at all then its a pretty good deal for something like this, interior seemed ok I didn't get a look at mileage.

By the way I'm not going to buy it, automatics are travestys of justice, but it would be fun to buy just to burn up some rice.

I dought you would be burning up much rice with that year. I believe in 83 they only had 175hp and having an auto doesn't help. And no I don't think thats a very good price but you can check http://www.kbb.com to see what they think.
