"This car has never been driven in winter"

It's very possible that it has been driven in the winter which makes it worth more as the salt would not be an issue.

Is it a roofless garage as well?

It's parked every night in a roofless, wall-less garage with a natural dirt floor.

Aside from not telling the make model and year, I refuse to believe that (from what it looks like) a late 90's car has 174k on it and hasn't been driven for a few months out of every year. I mean, someone obviously does a lot of driving, but apparently doesn't need this car for 3-4 months out of the year.... I dunno, maybe it's just me.

Well, when I sold my '91 Grand Prix in 2001, it had 250,000 miles on it. My '02 Dakota already has about 57,000 and I'm not even going to school anymore. I can see it happening.
