i need to send someone a little bit of money for an obscure part for my motorcycle...the problem?
they don't have a premier account and can't accept a cc paypal payment 🙁
if i could send someone a $8 cc paypal payment and have them send me back $6 so it's just "regular paypal money" it would be much appreciated 🙂
i can make it a bit more, if neccessary, i don't know what cc fees are...
my heat is in my sig, i won't dispute and rip you for $14, i promise 😛
