Ok. I recently bought a laptop and can not seem to find any info as far as syncing options go. I mean, you can do this so easy with a pocket pc ..everything rocks about it . And now with a laptop I can't seem to find anything on this. I mean, I want to have the same outlook stuff on my laptop and on my desktop. Is there Active sync for a pc<->laptop, or anything like that ? Or am i Just being stupid and have not found a way to make this work. I am very new to the laptop world. (First one) . THanks for any help. A link will do just fine. I just want some info on this. 😉 Sincerely, Carlos

You can try using the briefcase built into Windows, but I don't know how well it will work for sync mail. I think you have to right click on the desktop and click new ->, but it has to be installed. By default I don't think it is.

This is one of the areas where Windows/Outlook really sucks.

I find it easier to keep my laptop and desktop synced up using my Palm handheld as a "go-between" rather than trying to keep them directly synched up.
