This bent capacitor ok??

As long as you don't break off the legs it won't hurt. The capacitor doesn't care how it's oriented as long as it's attached.
 
That would be a good name for a band...

As long as the legs (and possibly the metal on top) aren't touching anything conductive, you should be right.

From that picture, it doesn't even look bent...

Trust me, it's bent, almost 90 degrees bent (not really but dam close).

None of the metal parts are touching anything conductive. The only thing thats touching is the rubber thing on the outside of the capacitor and thats touching the Zalman backplate.
