This A Sign My PSU is too weak?

I have a 1GHz AXIA Y running at 1.5 GHz. When I set it to like 1.51 GHz and set my vcore to as high as my 8k7a will go, it says like 2.01. But in MOBO monitor, it jumps around.. like 2.01...2.04...2.03....2.01

Is this just because my board is not made for this kind of current? Or is this because my PSU cannot put out enough juice. My PSU should be on the boarderline of the enough juice catagory, but is probably a little bit short.

My PSU is an enermax 350 watt whisper.

probably. there is really no such thing as too much of a power reservoir. With what you are running I would run +400 watts.

I have that same mobo, and I had the same psu. I upgraded to the 430W after hearing of problems with earlier Enermax psus. No problems here... running at 1.53GHz @ 1.86 vcore. (1.33GHz core)

the MOFSETs might not be stable at higher currents so it fluctuates, but .03v shouldn't be a difference or a danger at all

my P/S is so much worse, even the slightest vibration will cause it to reset, so I can't sit down hard or walk too fast, or even touch the mobo since the vibration from the fan will also make it reset... crap box indeed...
