I'm trying to decide if this would be a good job along with school and if its something I would enjoy.
I'm currently learning at a multimedia school so it aint related to that and previously I'v worked as a network admin and a temp network admin during the summer time so it isnt related to my previous work either.
Could this be fun?

The Iceland Telecom is opening a new Customer Support Department operating on a new Computer Game, EVE Online, which CCP in interaction with Simon & Schuster Interactive will be launched this fall.
The EVE Online Customer Support Service department is open 24 hours seven days a week all year around and all Customer Support Employees will be working day-, evening- and night shifts. We appreciate independent and adaptive work.

Job description:
We are currently searching for a talented and experienced persons to join our team! He or she reads and answers e-mails messages (petitions), facing the heat when the community is up in arms and staying in touch with what matters most to the player's. Those persons will be responsible for answering player's petitions as soon as they are issued. Will work closely with other team members to ensure consistency of the game world.
Responsibilities:
*Read and answer emails, petitions and other online
communications promptly, professionally, and kindly.
*Responsible of resolving in game situations within EVE
Online.
*Promptly inform the appropriate EVE Online team members
when critical issues arise.
*Thoroughly understand, but not lose sleep or productivity
to, EVE Online.
*Work with the CSR team, deliver consistent messaging
and develop relationships within the community
Qualifications:
*At least one year of customer service preferred and/or
technical support experience
*Experience with EVE Online a plus
*Experience with massively multiplayer online games
*College degree or equivalent experience
*Outstanding communication skills, and written oral English
*Computer skills a must, basic understanding of the
computer mechanism, operating system, and drivers.
