Thirteen Days

I picked this up at Wal-Mart last night and watched it when I got home. I thought it was a pretty good movie even though it didn't get a lot of attention when it came out.

I'm glad I didn't see it at the movie theatre because I only payed 7.50 for it at Wal-Mart.

What did you guys think of this movie?

Haven't seen it. But i picked up "Tigerland" for 5.88 at walmart the other night..haven't watched it yet though.

Personally, I was disappointed in it. I typically enjoy historically based movies, but not 13 days. The acting same all faked up to me. And what was with the periodic changing from color to black and white? Was that supposed to be some sort of artistic/mood thing?

Plus you have "cuber", which was just funny.

Yeah, I was surprised that they had inexpensive DVD's at Wal-Mart. Let me know if Tigerland is worth buying.

I liked it. I remember watching it and drinking beer. In fact I remember watching a lot of movies while under the influence at the end of 2001.

Damn ruskies!!!

You're lucky, our Wal-mart's bargain DVD's suck. I bought Ernest Goes to Camp and Cabin Boy there though. 😛

So far i've picked up Tigerland, Mod Squad (new one with Omar Epps), Suicide Kings, Major League II, and Novocaine. all for 5.88 and all entertaining movies (save Tigerland because i haven't watched it yet).
