Third xb1 and live question(S)

Picked up a third xbox this weekend so my kids and I can all play together when its cold outside. I have live gold on my account and homeshare with the 2nd xbox (which I log onto and play on), while my son plays on the primary one. Looks like I need to buy another Xbox Live gold sub, right, so that all 3 xboxes can be on live gold at the same time. Is there any possible way to share 3 way games, or not? I'm thinking not and that I'll need to buy a couple additional copies of a couple games we want to play together. Can I have two xbox live gold subs on one xbox account or do I need to have him add one on his ID instead?
