It is against the law to randomly beat people you don't like. Sadly, a few years in prison will only make them more raciest, if that's possible.

Seeing how they only seemed willing to be "badass" was when they had sticks and a bunch of buddies I'm not sure how much love they will get from the Aryan's. Granted they might get protection from the Aryan's but the "love" will probably be coming from other groups, from your link:

But you see they are martyrs in the eyes of Trump and his supporters. They have sacrificed their freedoms for the cause and will be honored and lauded for their patriotism, their righteousness and the courage they showed in resisting the socialist commie conspiracy inside of the Democrat Party.

This is what the GOP leadership and Trump have cultured into the party. This is the Repub Party as it exists today. This is their version of reality that they've created for themselves in order for them to justify their existence as a party and why they chose Trump as their leader.......after the fact.

Alternatively, what would you suggest? Should we develop the kind of treatments they used on Alex in A Clockwork Orange?

Never watched the movie, so I don't know what you're talking about.
To answer you're other question, Singapore might be a good place to look for answers. Judicial caning might be just the ticket.
