Third party support for W98 and NT?

Since MS is attempting to force migrate everyone using 98 and NT, I wonder if some clever company won't step in and start offering support?

Obviously some level of tech support will show up, my question is more to stuff like security patches etc.?
 
That would be too risky and/or too expensive (fixing bugs without source would take hell load of work)
