I'm going off to college at the end of August, and I'm no longer going to be able to perform maintenance on my parents computer. A friend suggested I use a remote control type program so I could just do it myself from my dorm room instead of having to try to talk them through it.
I know XP comes with a remote control type program, I didn't know if anyone had any suggestions on a third party program that they prefer?
