Third generation Golden Orb, who sells these??

"But there aren't just two, there are actually 3 types of Golden Orbs. The 3rd generation Orb (TDUFR01-1) looks like the 2nd generation unit (TFCFR02-1), but comes with a faster-spinning fan: 5400rpm.

How do you tell the difference betwen them? I just got a GO today from Directron.com. The day after I ordered it, it was shipped and I also heard that some GO's don't work well with T-Birds, which is what I'll be getting soon, hopefully.

the t-birds require a new Golden Orb, and new Alpha's for that matter..

I believe they handle PSI on the slug less than do P3 FCs, so the clips are revised for use on T-birds and Durons.

In the case of the Gorb, they go back to a traditional clip rather than the twist-lock they currently use.
