Thinks to make with potatoes

Potatoes at Walmart = uber cheap- I think this 10lb bag was $4. Cheap potatoes + toaster oven I found on the road + time = cheap food. What can I make with these facilities:

Toaster oven
George foreman
Microwave
Toaster
No stove!

Taters!

Just make a baked potato. Microwave works great for this, just throw it in for 4-5 minutes. Mmmmmmm, comes out perfect. Microwaves ARE useful for cooking sometimes, if you want even heat distribution (perfect for potato products)

How about making french fries? You'd need an oven for that.

OP mentioned that he has a toaster oven, so that would probably work to make fries 🙂

here's a link to a site with "great tasting Idaho potato recipes, for conventional, convection and microwave cooking methods."

I'd go for a variation on fries in the toaster oven. Slice em, coat them with some oil, herbs, parmesan. Bake, turning over once, until done.
