OK, so don't laugh me out of the forum -- I remember reading a couple posts in the past couple of months about IBM offering its T42 in different colors. That hasn't happened, but I keep seeing rumors that it might.

Does anyone know if there's any truth at all to this? I recommend IBM before anything else for people wanting a good, solid notebook, but I have clients who really want "prettier" machines. The joys...
 
IIRC an official from IBM Taiwan said that IBM would start offering different colors by the end of the year. However it isn't clear if it will be done worldwide or just done as part of the LG-IBM lines.

EDIT: looks like he said the colors will be available worldwide.
