ThinkPad T43 - build by IBM or Lenovo?

Hello,

i read sme news that say: "IBM presents the T43".

How can "IBM" present it if they sold the brand to the chinese company Lenovo.

Any information about details of the deal are appreciated. Someone in another forum mentioned the second quarter as a date when regulatory approval will start..dont remember his words exactly...

The T43 has been in the works for a while, so it's still an IBM-of-old machine. T44 (if they decide to come out with one) would probably be a Lenovo though.
