My ThinkPad T40 came with a 512MB Infineon SODIMM.

Seems I'll have to open mine up to check? I guess they use whatever...... I wanna add another stick but wanna make sure of what I have....

I upgraded my X24 with a stick of 512MB from Kingmax with BGA chips. Works fine, got it @ newegg

I was gonna get myself some crucial ram.......was just curious what kind of ram they used......was even thinking of getting a 512mb stick and selling my current 256mb stick.
