Is there a bluetooth logo in the Icon lights if so yes you have it if not no you don't
Or check your model number on IBM's website and it will tell you whether or not you should have it.
 
I clicked on the IBM access icon by the clock and Bluetooth is not highlighted, I guess no bluetooth for my machine.

why not just buy an USB BT adaptor? Newegg has a Sonet one for cheap. Check the hotdeals forum. I got one to use with my phone, works well for the money.
