Thinkpad T20, can I upgrade the CPU on this?

The T20 currently has a PIII 650 on it, and I was wondering if I am able to upgrade the CPU on this thing, and if so, what is the highest CPU it will take....? Thanks for the help!

It probably will take a higher CPU (I think there is a mobile PIII 900) but it will suck you battery like there is no tomorrow!
The fan for you laptop might also have problems keeping up with the higher heat output => CPU/Laptop might burn out!

I wouldn't do it.
