ThinkPad Sweetness

All incoming freshmen are getting free ThinkPad R40s. They tacked on the cost to tuition, but I've got a full scholarship 🙂

Intel 1.3Ghz Centrino, 40GB HDD, 384MB, 14", CD-RW/DVD, XP Pro and Office Pro.

Pretty decent system, not the greatest though but free is good...

Yeah they do that at my school as well. The laptops we get are also thinkpads. They've been doing it for the past 5 or 6 years.

Like I said, its totally free for me, so it doesn't bug me that I don't get it the way I want. Plus I can play stupid and get everything little thing fixed... 😉
