Thinkpad - Right Click Crashs Explorer.exe

Hi,
Recently I noticed a problem on my laptop.
Whenever I am in windows (safe mode OR normal mode) and I right click a file in explorer it crashes. The window stops responding and I have to task manager and kill the process.

Does any one know how to fix this or if there is a patch.
I already ran Norton Antivirus with the latest definitions in safe mode and it found nothing.
Adaware found nothing as well.
I also have the latest windows updates.
This happens for just about any file. (however right clicking my computer does work.)
Even after explorer crashs I can open another one (using the start menu) and use it, but the desktop icons don't work.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
