thinking to change from 8400gs to 3850

i am going to buy a msi 3850 and want to know how much willbe the performance jump in crysis where i get about 10 fps on medium and about 15-18 on low
my specs are
core 2 duo e4600 @ 2.4
3 gb 667 mhz ram
8400gs
any on got any help.......for me

you should notice a, um, "slight" increase in performance.

notice that you have to go all the way down to a geforce 4 ti4600 or 9600 pro to compare with the 8400gs.

I played Crysis with an HD 3850 @ 825/2150 with a 3GHz 1MB cache C2D.

1152 x 864 8AF 2AA high details and averaged 45-55 fps. Minimum stayed above 30.
