Better to get the PS3 since you don't know what will be offered as far as HD streaming from Netflix is concerned.

I'll hold out till I get some feedback once the new 360 Dash comes to see how the HD streaming is. I got 10meg cable so my connection should be able to handle it.

I bought a PS3 for Blu-Ray, but really haven't bought many movies since they cost $25-$30 each. I like to wait till I can get 'em for $15-$20.
I have both, but I haven't turned on my PS3 in 2 months. LBP and Resistance 2 looked good, but not $60 good (or at least not till I've tried one or the other out). My 360 gets used daily on the other hand, and the Netflix streaming will be welcomed since I can't afford to keep buying Blu Ray discs. I don't get them in the mail through Netflix either since I'm at college using my parents Netflix account for the streaming, so I don't get any actual discs here.

Don't buy them, rent them. I cannot imagine watching a movie more than once so your dollars go further with a rental than purchasing.

Some people DO, though.
When will I ever get The Princess Bride on Blu-Ray? :|
I'm pretty sure I've watched the Pink Floyd Pulse DVD at least 10 times in the last year.

I don't know how much it costs to rent blue-ray discs since I don't have a blue ray player and have never looked... but renting video games is a waste unless you only rent the game one time and you're done playing it. They charge WAY too much for something I have to return in a few days. For the price block buster charges for game rentals I should get it for like 2 weeks.... of course if you have got coupons for a free game rental or something ,that's different...
