Thinking of upgrading my MB. Need some suggestions please!

I probably will not use the raid capabilities, maybe Sata down the line. I have a P4 3.2, Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum, 2 Gigs of Kingston PC3200, will be getting a Geforce 6800 GT, and a tuner card. Any ideas on a good mother board to compliment these parts? I have always uses Asus boards and have had good luck but I am open to suggestions. Thanks all!

Some folks will tell you the p4c800 is NOT an upgrade from the p4s800d-e. I've had my p4s800d-e for over a year and see no need to change it...it's that good.
