The pork kind, forget turkey or chicken. But I don't have any bulk sources of pork or lard (preferably alternator sized), or even a good recipe. Anybody here smoke cured meats?
What area are you from? Almost any major town has ethnic butchers, delis and other places to buy this. My friends neighbour makes all sorts of sausages and wursts from scratch. Smells heavenly.

But, for the love of god, you amateurs need to start adding funny tags to your crappy ass parodies. A good tag can squeeze lols out of even a mediocre parody.
