Thinking of replacing Hyper 212 cooler

Been running my i5-760 @ 4Ghz with a Hyper 212 and a Scythe GT fan for a while now and was wondering if there is a newer and better heatsink at around $30. All the cooler reviews I've seen lately have expensive heatsinks so I'm wondering if its worth it.
 
For $30, nothing but sidegrades. It's not like the heatsink business evolves in generations of better and better technology

Are your temps and noise levels fine with the current setup?
