Thinking of purchasing Wii

I played it at E for All and damn was it fun. The game is going to be awesome. I'm actually kind of glad it's coming out in Feb. Gives them more time to polish it up and I'll be able to play all the other games coming out over the holidays

Me too. I don't think I would have been done with GHIII + Mass Effect + SMG + Uncharted + Assassin's creed by December 3rd. I still haven't even finished Metroid Prime 3

What do you mean? They've been out for almost a year, and they're still hard to find?

Yes, you still cannot just walk into any of the usual stores whenever you want and expect to find a Wii. This was before the holiday season and I can only assume it is going to get harder and harder as we get closer to Christmas. I recommend that you save some time and gas by picking three stores and calling daily to see if they have any in.

One walmart near me was getting regular shipments in but that has stopped. The local Gamestops get a number of systems in on Tuesdays... but thats it. They can be had though... just have to have all the numbers on your cell phone... talk to the people at the store and they can usually tell what time the shipments come in. Be flexible and you are good to go.

Or go to Target or Toys R Us before they open on a Sunday. I believe they both still hold them until Sunday.
