Thinking of picking up an original Ak

Found an original AK in 7.62x39mm for $179 bucks. Still wanna get the Winchester Model 94 Trapper series in 30-30 caliber.
But, that AK would be fun

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by ORIGINAL, but the only true original AK-47s are the Kalashnikovs and they are all select fire....meaning you can't own one without a ton of red tape and they are definitely not going to be $179. You must be looking at a Chi-Com or Maadi unit in semi-auto only, but they are not an original AK....so to speak.

I should have put the original in "". Its advertising "Made in original factory"
AK's ar AK's, its Russian which is a heck of a lot better then some countries AK's.
Go Here then download thier online catalog. About 11 meg. The AK's are on page 16 at the top. They have some good deals on pistols too.

The gun pictured is a modified and factory sporterized unit so it is definitley not an original AK as they claim....caveat emptor, do some more research before you hand over any cash, I could be wrong but I don't want you to get stung.

Yeah, I know what an AK should look like and it HAS been modified. Now, on Page 21 at the bottom they have SKS's which ARE original and unaltered. And a very good price too. For the collector thats a much wiser choice then the questionable AK. But I dont collect, I kill
