Hello friends,
I've been using a 21" CRT display for 4 years at home and am thinking of moving to a 20" LCD to save some space on the desk.
However, most of the LCD products on the market are 100ppi. I have heard that Longhorn will be sporting support for higher resolution displays.
So the question is whether I should wait for the hi-res LCDs to come out or just get an LCD now.
There is already a very expensive ViewSonic out there that is way over my budget, but I'm wondering how long it will take before we see hi-res LCDs in the mainstream market.
Any thoughts and advice on this topic are much appreciated.
Thanks!
