thinking of mac mini upgrade

Thinking of mac mini upgrade. I purchased this about 2 years ago with an already upgraded hard disk and faster ram. However, it has the stock 1.66 core duo ( not c2d ) cpu.

What are valid CPU's to replace the 1.6 CD? I've googled this in the past and have found a few sites with info, I wanted to get some input here.

Looks like the T7200, 7400, 7600 are valid, but seems like I remember another model set of CPU that was valid as well.

Looking for the sweet spot of performance/cost. Thanks.
 
I am pretty sure those are your only choices, 667mhz bus speed is it. If you want to ask go to 123macmini.com then head for the forums
