thinking of going from scsi to sata

in my workstation i have 2 74gb scsi 10k drives

was thinking of going to 2 74gb 10k raptors

what would be the + & - of that
 
Depends on the age of the SCSI drives.

+ the SATA might be faster

- the SATA might be slower

The SATA will not be cheaper since the SCSI is already paid for, meaing it is technically free at this point.
