Thinking of getting fanless PSU for HTPC

I know there are reviews of PSU's out there, and I've scoured through them. But I also want to hear from folks that have experience with them. My PC has the proper airflow right now, but just want to quiet it down. Currently, I'm leaning towards getting an Antec 500W Phantom. Any thoughts or other suggestions based on experience much appreciated.

I cant speak from personal experience but from what I have seen/heard... you are probably better off getting one with a slow moving 120mm (or larger) fan, as fanless powersupplies tend to get very hot (and heat up teh rest of your components as well), now it does depend on how much load you put on it so if your average load is only going to be 150-200 watts (or less) then fanless should be fine, but if you game and have a powerful (and power hungry) graphics card then ...

"Fanless" just doesn't give you enough options. There are plenty of high quality PS that use very quiet fans.
Stick with a "fanned" version.

Here are the components it'll power:

DFI Lan-Party S939
Opteron 170 @ 2600
2 GB OCZ DDR
74 GB Raptor
500 GB Samsung SATA II
NEC DVDRW
ATI X850XT

System is used mostly as HTPC and for web development. Not too much gaming.

The Seasonic S12 is my 2nd option if I'm dissuaded from the Antec. Fanless is preferred, but if the Seasonic is just about as quiet and many times more reliable, then I guess the logical choice would be the S12.

The Seasonic is VERY quiet (you can only barely hear it when at full load). The OC'ed Opty and the X850XT might not be fanless. =\
