Thinking of getting an xbox360 of craigslist - any cavets/questions I should ask?

Thinking of getting a xbox360 off craigslist ... anything I should watch out for? The main I want to make sure is whether I could return it MS in case it's craps out on me. I believe I have one year right?

Other than that, anything else I should look out for, mfg. date, etc?

Personally, I'd avoid buying a used Xbox 360 just like I'd avoid buying a used old style PS2 because of the quality control problems they have.

Here are questions I would ask:

Will the seller accept a certified, $20k check, drawn from a UK bank?
And, will the seller send me the difference, back in cash?




Isn't that how it works on Craigslist
