what does a mpeg decoder do. one of those tv cards hsa it (the $230 one or whatever). what wiill that do for me??

I like Pinnacle PCTV, most stable TV card I have used. (work w/ win9X or Win2k)
You can automatically record your TV show into Mpeg while watching or not.
