Thinking of getting a COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC

After my latest upgrade I realized I have enough spare parts for a backup computer, the only thing I needed was a case. I started looking around and found this Cooler Master case. I liked it so much I want to replace my current case with it and use my old case for the backup computer. But there is one thing that i'm not sure about and that is the case cooling. The Cooler Master only has 2 fans, a 120mm (exhust) and 80mm (intake). There is a side duct that it looks like will hold another 80mm fan. But I would also like to put a window on the side. My current case has a window with a 80mm fan duct and is the same dimentions as the Cooler Master so would that work? Here is what I would have in the case:

AMD64 3200+ Vinice (stock HSF)
Abit AN8 Ultra
ATI x800XL PCI-E
1gb OCZ 3200 Performance RAM with heat spreaders
2 200gb WD Hard Drives
Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 sound card
DVD-RW
DVD-ROM
Enermax 460 watt PSU

So my questions are will this case keep my stuff cool even if I over clock and upgrade the HSF to a Thermalright XP-90? And will the side pannel from my old case fit on the Cooler Master? Thanks

I noticed the version on Newegg with the window but but I don't really want to pay the extra $$ for it and it doesn't have a place for a fan. My current case has a side pannel with a window and a fan and it the same size as the Cooler Master so I'm wondering if I can just put that in it? I'm reading some reviews on it now and it looks like a good buy, i'll problably pick it up.
