Thinking of getting a apple computer...

I'm thinking of switching from my current PEEECEEEEE to the apple II. I want to run OS X on there and would think it would be a nice replacement for the current computer I have. Anybody suggest otherwise? I'm looking at the auction and it's selling for $350.

apple II? i'm relatively new to apple and mac os. but i thought those were the computers i used back in grade school. youre def not gonna be running os X on that.

$350? Spend a little more and get a Mac mini, looks cool and has a decent 1.25ghz G4 cpu.

Apple II's do not have the necessary hardware to run MacOS X. You'll need a G3 or more. Go to www.apple.com and check system requirements for the OS.
